Recently, it came to our attention that a Vietnamese company CÔNG TY CỔ PHẦN SINOCHEM VIỆT NAM (English name: SINOCHEM VIETNAM JOINT STOCK COMPANY) is using "SINOCHEM" as its trade name and trademark, and has registered and used the domain name sinochem.com.vn.
针对该等情况，我们在此郑重声明：该公司非本公司设立的实体，与本公司无任何股权或投资关系。本公司从未授权其为任何目的以任何方式使用本公司的名称、商标、域名等标识。
