From June 9 to 12, the Chemical Business Unit’s overseas marketing platform showcased PA6, PA66, PBT, PPE, and PC engineering plastics at Plast 2026 in Milan, Italy.
The booth attracted over 60 well-known domestic and international customers across sectors including electronics and electrical, automotive and transportation, and construction materials. More than 20 potential clients expressed purchasing interest, with intent orders exceeding 400 tonnes.
Since 2026, the overseas marketing platform has actively capitalized on opportunities in the European market, continuously expanding engineering plastics exports to Europe. It has successfully delivered bulk orders to key customers in countries including Germany, Italy, and Poland, driving a 67 percent year-on-year increase in engineering plastics exports to Europe.
Going forward, the platform will strengthen coordination with other business segments of the Group to explore export opportunities in PVC, PP, and PE products. It will also deepen supply chain synergy and resource integration, focus on incremental demand in niche European markets, and further expand export scale to promote high-quality overseas growth.
