Sinochem Holdings donates 10 million yuan to support disaster relief in Gyirong, Xizang

A massive mudslide originating on the Nepalese side of the China-Nepal border hit Gyirong Port in Gyirong County, Shigatse City, Xizang Autonomous Region, at approximately 10:30 a.m. on August 26, resulting in major casualties and people being reported missing. Deeply concerned by the disaster, all employees of Sinochem Holdings have taken action to support relief efforts. The company has decided to donate 10 million yuan to support relief and post-disaster reconstruction efforts in Gyirong. Sinochem Holdings has been carrying out long-term development cooperation projects in Shigatse, Xizang since 2002, forging deep ties with local communities.
