Mr. Lei is a full-time Non-Executive Director and Senior Engineer for central SOE. He used to be Senior Vice President & Deputy Secretary of the CPC Work Committee of the Chemical and Materials Sector of Sinopec Corporation; Senior Vice President of Sinopec Corporation; Assistant General Manager, Chief Economist and Secretary to the Board of Directors of Sinopec Group; Vice President of Sinopec Corporation; Deputy Director General and Director General of the Development Planning Department of Sinopec Group; Deputy General Manager of Sinopec Yangzi Petrochemical Company Ltd. He is currently an Non-Executive Director of Xinxing Cathay International Group and China National Chemical Engineering Co., Ltd.
