Mr. Zhang was appointed Vice President and Member of the Leading Party Group of Sinochem Holdings Corporation Ltd. in April, 2021.
Mr. Zhang served as Director General of Innovation and Strategy Department of Sinochem Group and concurrently as Director of Economic and Technical Research Center of Sinochem Group; Assistant to the Dean and Chief of Fine Chemicals Division, China National Petroleum & Chemical Planning Institute
At present, he holds post as Chief Technology Officer of Sinochem Holdings, President of Central Research Institute, as well as Executive Director and General Manager of Sinochem Investment & Development Co., Ltd.
Mr. Zhang majored in Polymer Materials in Beijing University of Chemical Technology. He is a senior engineer.
