II. Job Description

CFO will be responsible for the Group’s overall financial management and business plans, including matters in day-to-day operation that involve accounting, financial control, financial reports, financial analyses, planning, budgets, forecasts, taxation, relationship with the investors, and compliance.

III. Responsibilities

· Closely cooperate with the CEO and the leadership, develop phased strategic planning, business goals and relevant standards;

· Make financial suggestions to the CEO and other senior leaders, propose risk management and control plans and make important strategic decisions on major business problems; form best practice and participate in company management;

· Provide integrated financial support for all subsidiaries and the business department, ensure accurate, consistent and timely financial reports and management information, and meet the requirements on management reports in China;

· Form a strategic alliance with the Group leaders and leaders of each and every division, improve performance together, and accomplish long-term business goals;

· Determine the Group’s demand for assets, develop integrated capital strategy and gradually implement it;

· Responsible for the reporting, internal control, capital, tax planning, integrated management of financial budgets, day-to-day liaison with the company, and examination of other business departments;

· Display outstanding leadership, lead the financial team to deliver great performance and achieve high efficiency; recruit and cultivate professional talents as required;

· Cooperate closely with the supervisory department, the auditing authority, external consultants, banks, financial media and the investors.

IV. Professional Experience and Aptitude

· Working experience in financial team management in the head offices of big multinationals; candidates with experience in the manufacturing industry or the chemical industry preferred;

· Familiar with the market environment required for getting listed domestically and abroad; familiar with the capital market and capital management; have a brilliant business mind;

· Over 15 years of experience in finance; five to ten years of experience in management;

· Experience in multinational project management in the Big Four accounting firms;

· Experience in communicating with funds managers, analysts, financial media and management agencies;

· Working experience in large-scale multinational enterprises and state-owned enterprises, including experience in communicating with the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council and the State Administration of Foreign Exchange;

· Experience in financial strategy consulting, enterprise M&As, listing of companies, enterprise integration, foreign exchange trading, corporate financing;

· Candidates with experience in establishing financial management and control business are preferred;

· Be a finance-oriented business leader, keep exceeding the past performance, analyze the company’s businesses and product lines, and recognize and create new opportunities to improve profits;

· Experience in providing great advice and suggestions for the CEO and the Group’s senior management with professional knowledge, logical thinking, and a frank, open and just working style;

· With charisma, good teamwork spirit, and the management capability to ensure the interests of the shareholders, the investors, the financial institutions and the management team;  

· Establish and maintain good relations with the investors and banks;

· Capable of building prestige, erecting a positive, trustworthy and professional image on behalf of the Group, good at expressing, analyzing and making decisions;

· Keen cultural sensitivity;

· Good professional ethics, integrity and honesty.

Other requirements

· Competence in English and Chinese listening, speaking, reading and writing

· Professional accountant qualification certificate or MBA
