ChemChina Asset Co., Ltd., established in October 2009, was restructured into ChemChina Asset Management Co., Ltd. in July 2017. It is the platform of assets management and operation of ChemChina, a financial adviser company serving 2nd-tier professional companies, level-3 and below international and domestic enterprises according to ChemChina’s development strategy, while undertaking businesses relating to enterprise reorganization and integration, property right trading, etc., outside ChemChina.

I. Posts and Requirements
1. Posts: reorganization and integration, assets disposal, international investment bank, funds management project supporting posts, one person for each post.
Requirements:
(1) Doctor’s degree;
(2) High proficiency in English, great organization and coordination ability;
(3) Finance, accounting, securities, law, and other majors related to chemical industry;
(4) Overseas students preferred.
Main responsibilities:
(1) Complete project information collection, collation and analysis;
(2) Maintain business-related databases, knowledge banks;
(3) Responsible for advancing the project, coordinating and following up relevant endeavor;
(4) Provide business support for relevant projects;
(5) Responsible for comprehensive coordination of the department.

Requirements

(3) HR management, labor relations and related majors.
Main responsibilities:
(1) Construct and manage the information-based HR system;
(2) Conduct statistics based on the HR data;
(3) Manage labor contracts and employee relations.

(3) Financial management, accounting and related majors.
Main responsibilities:
(1) Responsible for the establishment of the financial analysis system and financial risk pre-warning system;
(2) Responsible for thematic financial analyses on a regular basis;
(3) Responsible for the collection, calculation and reporting of finance-related information.
