ChemChina Petrochemical Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of China National Chemical Corporation (ChemChina), a centrally administered enterprise under the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. It mainly deals with petrochemical products. Its one-step refining capacity of crude oil now reaches 25 million tons per year. It has developed a structure that integrates petroleum processing, chemical production, storage, transportation and sales, and undertakes the task to provide chemical raw materials for ChemChina affiliated enterprises. In 2015, the company realized a business income of over 130 billion yuan, and its total assets reached nearly 60 billion yuan.
