For the recent years, after purchasing exclusive patent right within China upon four products brands, “Harness”, “Machete”,” Lasso” and “Machete Plus” of Monsanto Company. Sinochem International also successfully signed the contact of exclusive patent right within China upon “Roundup” brand of Monsanto, and further strengthen and expand the strategic cooperation with Monsanto.

Sinochem Ningbo adopted operation mode such as registering new pesticide trademark, pesticide register, etc. fostered groups of long term core customers for stable development of the business, and give strong support to the subordinate enterprise Ningbo Sinochem Chemicals Co., Ltd. for exporting pesticide. 

In 2007, Sinochem Corporation and Shenyang Chemical Industry Research Institute (hereafter called Shenyang Institute for short) were regrouped and Shenyang Institute became wholly-owned subsidiary enterprise of Sinochem.
