Acting and performing in your life needs a stage, and the stage is the society.  Onthis stage, everyone has a role to play.  Once found the right role, do not afraid of unfavorable destiny or distracted by fame and gain, and play your part for life, and explore your career and create value.  If you missed the chance to find an appropriate role for yourself, it would affect your life and your contribution to beautifying the world.  Everyone has to go through all kinds of suffering and face up reality and challenges.

Sinochem is the sage of my life.  Weathering on this stage for over a decade, I have grown up with highs and lows of the company, and experienced the bitterness of frustration, hard work, as well as delight and sense of success.  Time flies, and I am now in my middle age.  Looking back, Sinocom has greatly influenced me and I made progress together with the company.    

Growing up together with the company, I have learnt how to face up the recession.  I remember when I first joined the company I was attracted by the long history, the power and enrichment of the company.  However, I also personally witnessed the Asian financial crisis in 1998, as if the “prosperity and fortune” of the company had gone over the night of thunderstorm, we had unprecedented despair and frustration.  In this critical moment, the leadership of the company stood out and led all the members of staff to fight with the recession and overcome the difficulties.  Their courage, confidence and wisdom encouraged me to join the survival battle and went through the hard time together with the company.    

Reality is the reality, and no matter the fine weather or rainstorm, we have to face up with it.  Going through the difficulties make us stronger and maturer.  We pulled ourselves together and determined to overcome the hard time had in store for us, which made us tough and provide rich experience for us.     

Through developing together with the company, I realized the importance of the creativity in daily life and work.  One of my colleagues in banking industry once said: “The great achievement of Sinochem today is the result of the struggle for survival and development in the fierce competition.”, and I entirely agree to it.  The policy protection and the harsh survival environment inspired our perspiration and the wisdom for success.  Now we have walked out of the difficult time and won the world again, Sinochem Fertilizer has successfully launched business overseas, Fareast Leasing has become a leading company in the industry, Sinochem Hebei recover from the difficulties, … … are all the evidences to prove one theory – Creativity is the only way to survive.

The theory does work for a company, so does for human life.  Life is once and once only for everybody and if you want to lead a meaningful life with dignity, the most practical and realistic attitude is to devote yourself into creative work, innovation and challenges, and pursue excellence and create bright future for your life.  It needs the courage to change the conventional attitude towards life and fight for the unfavorable destiny.    

Day by day, Sinochem is getting mature, and aiming at a higher target.  Sinochem is home to us and we are the one family.  Make day to day business special and contribute to the company.  Only in this way, your life will be full of sunshine and vitality.
