After joining the company, I always keep myself busy with the business and learn something new everyday.  At the very beginning, I was timid of using ERP, but in the end, I had good command of the skill; Wasted four-layer carbon papers a lot at first but I became very efficiently doing it in the end.  The number of factory clients saved in EXCEL file has been increasing day by day, and I am getting more familiar with the prices of products.  Only one thing was puzzled me when I looking back the day at every night, I was wondering whether I had learnt a lot or learnt nothing at all during the day. 

I sometimes doubt that if I missed the chance for the golden age of foreign trade.  The currency RMB has been appreciating continuously, and the factory gets involved in export more often, and the technological barrier of American and European markets are getting more rigorous, and the customers are more likely to contact to the domestic factories directly, and I was puzzled with the orientation of foreign trade and my future development. 

When I exchanged my views with a senior member of staff, I said: “we are just making use of the asymmetric information to do international ‘speculation’.”  And then he criticized me straight away.  I kept calm and analyzed the strategic plan of the company and the progress of the model employees, all of sudden, I realized that I was wrong to say so.  My thought was only limited to buying in and selling out, in fact, the company has already begun to promote profession and entity development. The markets need to develop many new products, while I was hesitated to go forward and it was totally waste of time wandering.

Once determined the objectives, I feel confident of the target. 

In order to have better understanding of western culture and communicate with the customers more easily, I began to see many foreign movies.  One of them is “Seabiscuit” which I saw it all over again and again, and every time I was deeply moved by the story.   The sturdy steed snored and was trotting on the course with uneasy, while the rider had already been ready to start and intently gazing ahead.  The rider and the horse were so cooperative and coordinate waiting for the moment of gunfire on the starting line, dashing down the racing track.
