Beijing Chemsunny Property Co., Ltd. was registered and established in Beijing on September 24, 2002. It is a foreign company jointly established by Shengming Investment Co., Ltd. and Franshion Property (China) Co., Ltd., a company of Sinochem Corporation. Beijing Chemsunny Property Co., Ltd. mainly focuses its business on real estate development and property management.

Since 2004, the company has developed and constructed the project of Chemsunny World Trade Center, which locates in the west Chang’an Street of Beijing. Chemsunny World Trade Center was one of the key projects of Beijing from 2003 to 2005.

The project occupies an area of 21659㎡, with a total construction area of 193936.42㎡. It was completed in December 2006. The total investment of the project is RMB 3 billion. The entire building consists of two middle glass halls and three separated office buildings, connected by four glass bridges.
