Sinochem Corporation is the controlling shareholder of Sinochem Ningbo Ltd. (a.k.a. Sinochem Ningbo) which was established in 1987. Sinochem Ningbo was acknowledged as the standing director of China Chamber of Commerce of Medicines and Health Products Importers & Exporters, and the chairman unit of its sub-chamber-Pharmaceutical Preparation Branch, which is the leading and most influential national trade association with the mission to promote the international trade and cooperation in medicinal and health products in China.

Sinochem Ningbo is a diversified large-scale group company, mainly focusing on trade of Pharmaceuticals, Agrochemicals, Chemicals, HAVC, Electro-machinery, Outdoor Products, Foodstuffs, and etc. Currently, it has also expanded its business and has several wholly-owned subsidiaries and holding subsidiaries in business areas of pharmaceutical, agrochemical, electro-machinery, HVAC, R&D and manufacture. For the purpose of establishing its owned brand more effectively, in 2003, Sinochem Ningbo made its investment on establishing its own R&D centre to implement its industrial development strategy taken technology as locomotive. Sinochem accelerated its Hi-tech products research and development process and tried to put the R&D fruit into industrial application. Especially in the medical, agro-chemicals and chemical industries, we motivated the R&D center as the base for the industrialization of our technical advancement to provide the powerful technical safeguard to the company’s strategic development.

Up till now, the company has registered a number of brands including "SINING" series of medicine, "MSM", "KLEANTO-CH" and "TRIVERS" for western medicine, medical equipment and dyes outside China. Since 2002 the company has started the registration of "CARSTECH" brand automobile accessories and "CLIMATIC" outdoor products. It has introduced the ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 systems and passed the certification of TUV in 2002, becoming the first Chinese foreign trade company passing three system certifications at one time.
