Sinochem Shandong Fertilizers Co., Ltd. was jointly founded by Sinochem Corporation, Guizhou Kailin Group, Qinghai Salt Lake Industrial Co., Ltd. and Linyi Zhongpudongsheng Trading Co., Ltd. in March 2004. Located in Linyi Economic Development District and situated at the hub of South Shandong Province and North Jiangsu Province, Sinochem Shandong Fertilizers Co., Ltd. is adjacent to China’s largest fertilizer market and enjoys rich resources of NPK.

Sinochem Shandong Fertilizers Co., Ltd. has an NPK production capacity of 600,000 tons/year with two types of equipment. One is the Melting Granulation Equipment, adopting the Melting Tower Granulating Technology—one of the company’s own independent technologies and also the most advanced green NPK manufacturing technology by far in China which brings in high quality product with lower energy consumption or air pollution. The product is featured as round smooth granules, easy to resolve and with adjustable nutrient ratio. The granules are hollow and forgery-proof by nature. The other type is the Spray Granulation Equipment, adopting the national technology of the “Spray Granulating Dryer with inside classification and inside material feeding functions” and can produce 15-15-15 general compound fertilizer. The convert technology is the “KCl Low Temperature Convert Process” recently developed on our own. 1.Spray granulation SOP-based NPK

Features：

1)Appropriate proportion of nutrient contents, and wide range of application

The product contains high proportion of effective components. Besides the essential nitrogen(N), phosphate (P), kalium(K), the product also contains sulphur(S)—the forth key element for crops, and other trace elements. As the chloride is lower than 3%, the product not only suits wheat, rice, corn, peanuts but also suits vegetables, sugar beets, fruit trees, tobacco, etc. because the chloride is lower than 3%.

2)Stable high quality and significant yield increase

Came into being through the chemical reaction, the granules are of same size, even color, stable high quality, right resolving speed and easy to be absorbed by crops. The product can effectively change the soil imbalance of nitrogen, phosphate and potash, easier to absorb and brings lower loss and more yield increase.

3)Lasting fertilizing effects and ability to improve the soil quality

The product contains various nutrient elements with high nutrient contents, low moisture, high anti-compression, low loss of nutrition. It can be used for both base and topdressing applications. Upon fertilizing, it quickly supplements various elements including N, P, K, S, B to the soil and also is effective in anti-drought, moisturizing, improving the physical and chemical state of soil as well as lodging resistance.
