Guiyang Sinochem Kailin Fertilizer Co., Ltd. was jointly founded by Sinochem Fertilizer Co., Ltd., Guiyang Kailin and Guiyang Industrial Investment Holdings Co., Ltd. in July 2003. Located in Xiaozhaiba Town, Xifeng County of Guiyang City, Guiyang Sinochem Kailin Fertilizer Co., Ltd. enjoys the developed means of transportation as it is adjacent to Chuanqian Railway, Guizun Express Highway and 210 National Highway and has a dedicated railway to itself.

Guiyang Sinochem Kailin Fertilizer Co., Ltd. has a total capacity of 1.44 million tons/year of high concentration phosphate and compound NPK, in which the capacity of DAP accounts for 0.9 million tons/year, MAP, 0.44 million tons/year and GTSP, 0.1 million tons/year. We strictly follow the international quality control standards, adopt advanced methods and develop high quality phosphorite to produce “Sinochem-Kailin” brand high concentration phosphate and NPK series products which have prominent and lasting effects and are real “green” fertilizer as they contain far less hadmium, mercury and plumbum elements—harmful to both human health and soil—than the international standards. In 2004, “Sinochem-Kailin” DAP, MAP and GTSP were named as the “National Products Exempted from Inspection”.

Products Introductions

“Sinochem—Kailin” DAP

The company adopts combined processing methods of pre-neutralization plus tube reactor-drum granulation, accords with the international standards and strictly controls the procedures. With chemosynthesis, the product has stable nutrient, evenly round shape and low moisture absorption and can compete with American DAP. Containing far less hadmium, hydrargyrum and plumbum—which are harmful to both human health and soil—than the international standards, including trace elements such as Ca, Mg, S and Fe and almost PH-neutral, our products suit base applications, seed applications and top dressing applications. In favor of dry matter accumulation inside the plant, Sinochem-Kailin DAP plays a positive role in grain filling, amylaceous accumulation inside buds and bulbs and sugar accumulation inside berries and beets. The property indexes of our DAP products are: Total nutrient （N+ P₂O₅）% ≥64.5， Total N% ≥17.0， effective P (P₂O₅₎% ≥46.5， percentage of soluble P in effective P%≥90，water（H₂O）% ≤2.0，granule（2.00-4.00mm）% ≥90.

Since Sinochem-Kailin DOP was put to production, it was embraced by the extensive customers. Meanwhile, with the strong distribution network and market service capabilities, we provide premium products and the most immediate service. By 2006, we have formed a capacity of 0.9 million tons/year.

2. “Sinochem-Kailin” MAP

With high concentration phosphoric acid as the raw materials, Sinochem-Kailin granular MAP was processed with tube reactor-spray drying methods. With total nutrient content above 60%, moisture under 2% and PH neutral, our MAP products apply to various kinds of soil and crops for base, seeds or top dressing applications. An ideal material for compound NPK, the property indexes are: Total nutrient（N+ P₂O₅）% ≥60.0, Total N% ≥9.5, Effective phosphorus (P₂O₅)% ≥49.5，Percentage of soluble phosphorus in the effective phosphorus %≥92，Moisture（H₂O）% ≤2.0.
