(proprietary)(0297.HK)(Note：On Dec.12th, 2006, the company changed its name from "Sinochem Hong Kong Holdings Limited" to "Sinofert Holdings Limited" with the short name as "Sinofert". The code keeps unchanged as "HK.0297" )and succeeded in being listed in Hong Kong capital market, thus becoming the first corporation in China's agricultural materials to be listed overseas. By linking with international capital market, the advantages in terms of capital security and systematic innovation are further foregrounded; with sub-sales as the leading role, the development strategy of integrating manufacture, supply and sales has been further advanced and the controlling ability marketing ability in the field of chemical fertilizer has been further improved.
In the foreseeable future, Sinochem will continue the coherence of manufacturing, trading and distribution while taking distribution as the major driving force. Sinochem will further enhance its excellence of fertilizer import and market status, expand domestic fertilizer production capacity, and develop marketing and servicing trinity coordinating product sales, warehousing and logistics ,and agriculture service.
