Sinopec-Sinochem Oil Products Sales Co.,Ltd. is a product oil sale company co-invested and established by Sinochem and Sinopec.

In May, 2005, Sinochem signed agreement with Sinopec and they decided to co-invest to establish a joint venture dealing with Product oil business to meet the demands of the two large companies.

At the beginning, the company developed terminal market on the basis of affiliated gas station of Sinochem and direct client and pursued the maximum of the resource profit. On the basis, the company strengthened the cooperation with the lower branch enterprises affiliated to Sinochem and Sinopec and construct whole logistic configuration ability. When the company has formed certain managing scale and possessed steady operation platform, it will focus on cultivating continual developing ability.
