Li Bin was appointed as Vice President, Sinochem Corporation in September, 2007.

Mr. Li Bin is concurrently head and CPC branch Secretary of Shenyang Research Institute of Chemical Industries.

Previously, with his solid foundation in chemical science, extensive experience in scientific research management and business administration, as well as his deep understanding of the status quo and trend of fine chemicals, Mr. Li was heading Shenyang Research Institute of Chemical Industries since December, 1998 and was concurrently Secretary of the CPC branch of the Institute since December, 2004.

Mr. Li graduated from Dalian University of Technology, majoring in Chemical Engineering.
