Mr. Zhang Zhiyin became Vice President of Sinochem in December 2004.

Before working for Sinochem, Mr. Zhang once worked as the Director-level Secretary of the General Office of the CPC Central Committee, Vice Secretary General of Lanzhou Municipal Committee of CPC and Mayor of Lanzhou of Gansu Province and developed rich administrative and economics experiences. Having full-time study at the Party School of the Central Committee of C.P.C currently

Mr. Zhang received bachelor’s degree from Luoyang PLA College of Foreign Languages and the master’s degree of Management Project from Central South University of Technology. Mr. Zhang is a representative of the 10th NPC.
