Mr. Feng Zhibin became Vice President of Sinochem in January, 2006.

He began his career in Sinochem as the Assistant President in July, 2000 and before that he once worked for China Renmin University, the Policy Research Office of CPC Organization Department, China National Machinery Import & Export Corporation and GENERTEC (Group) Holding Ltd. Mr. Feng has rich experiences of HR management, industrial investment, M&A and business management experiences. He is in charge of in charge of investment department, Xi’an Modern Environmental Protection Chemicals Co., Taicang Chemical Industrial Park, China Foreign Economy and Trade Trust & Investment Company, International Far Eastern Leasing Co., Ltd. and Fund Management Company; acting as the director of the investment committee of the corporation; taking charge of related works of International Trade Centre.

Mr. Feng graduated from the Philosophy Department of China Renmin University and later received EMBA from China Europe International Business School.
