Mr. He became Assistant President of Sinochem in April 2002.

Over more than 20 years of working for Sinochem, Mr. He was once the Vice Director of the Financial Department, Vice Director of the Business Management Department, Director of the Enterprise Department, General Manager of the Plastics Company and General Manager of Sinochem Shanghai Import and Export Company and holds unique understanding of financial management and business management. He is now the General Manager of China Jinmao Group Co., Ltd.

Mr. He graduated from Jilin University and later received EMBA from China Europe International Business School.
