SINOCHEM expands investment in Shanghai

Last year, SINOCHEM moved its subsidiaries---Sinochem International (a listed company) and International Far Eastern Leasing Co., to Shanghai. On July3 this year, SINCHEM signed a framework agreement on strategic cooperation with Shanghai Port Office, marking an important step toward expansion of investment in Shanghai.
According to the agreement, in addition to Dongchang Road, Yangjiadu, Gaoyang Road and Port Logistics Services projects, both parties will expand cooperation in trade, logistics and real estate. SINOCHEM chooses Shanghai port as a major terminal for import and export of commodities and Shanghai Port Office will provide quality logistics services in oil, fertilizer, rubber and chemicals for SINOCHEM. Both parties will seek cooperative opportunities in investment, M&A and reorganization.
