Sinochem Moscow Representative Office (Sinochem Moscow in short) was established in 1990, which mainly undertook import & export business of chemicals from Russia, CIS and the East Europe.

Since its establishment, Sinochem Moscow set up a good reputation in former Soviet Union and the East Europe, and enjoyed an important position in Sino-Russian chemicals trade.

In March 2000, Sinochem Moscow closely worked with Regional Department of Sinochem International and Sinochem Manzhouli to conduct integrated operation. By taking advantage of China's border trade policy, Sinochem Moscow mainly conducted land transportation as well as marine transportation and export business, adapted to the market trend, which resulted in an increase of product portfolio and quantity. It has gradually formed a stable business size owing to sound business development.
