In the recent days, China Banking Regulatory Commission (CBRC) approved the establishment of Sinochem Finance Co., Ltd. and granted the financial license to the company. On June 18, a brief inauguration ceremony was held in Chemsunny World Trade Center with the presence of Liu Deshu, President and CEO of Sinochem Corporation and Chen Guogang, CFO of Sinochem Corporation and Chairman of Sinochem Finance. 

The financial services compose one of the five major businesses of Sinochem Corporation. The goal of Sincohem Finance is to meet the increasing demands of enhancement of Sinochem Corporation’s management and to increase the company’s agility against the constantly changing external financial climate. As a critical part of Sinochem’s financial segment, Sinochem Finance would conduct concentrated management of Sinochem subsidiaries’ capital and provide comprehensive financial services.
