On June 18th, Franshion Properties (China) Limited (HK 00817) held the first Annual General Meeting in Hong Kong. Pan Zhengyi, Vice President of Sinochem Corporation and Chairman of Franshion Properties, the AGM presided over the AGM and declared the resolution of the final dividend for the year ended December 31, 2007. According to the resolution, a total amount of HKD98,305,000, 21% percent of the profits and HKD 0.02 per share, would be paid to the shareholders whose names appear on the register of members of Franshion Properties at the close of business on June 18, 2008.
