Wangfujing Grand Hotel is a wholly owned four-star hotel of Franshion Properties (China) Ltd., (“Franshion Properties” hereinafter), a flagship hotel and real estate company of Sinochem Corporation. Wangfujing Grand Hotel is located on Wangfujing Street, the Chinese capital's most famous walking street, away from the Forbidden City, Tian’anmen and the Beihai Park all within one kilometer, 15 minutes’ ride away from the Beijing Railway Station and 40 minutes’ ride away from the Beijing Capital International Airport.

The hotel has 403 guestrooms, including standard double room, deluxe room, executive suite, the president’s suite and the palace suite. The rooms on Floor 12, 13 and 14 designed for the business executives, overlook the Forbidden City and Jingshan Park and feature high-speed Internet access and cable/satellite television.
