As the largest chemical fertilizer sub-seller, in China, Sinochem has the largest and widest domestic sub-selling network, covering 20 major agricultural provinces and over 70% of arable land in China.

The corporation carries out chain management of its sub-selling network, coordinating its market planning, purchase, distribution; its network and marketing performance are on the rise. By the end of 2005, the corporation has already established 14 marketing branches and 1063 sub-selling outlets and the annual sub-sales volume reached as high as 7.28 million tons, according for 65% of the total sales volume; the end-customer-oriented operating model is progressing rapidly and soundly. An addition, the corporation also initiated the business of wholesale in areas absent of sub-sale network and sells fertilizer product to manufacturers of compound fertilizer with nitrogenous, phosphatic and kalium fertilizer as raw materials.

With the implementation of diversified marketing strategies with sub-sale at the center, the marketing performance and market share of our fertilizer products have been on the rise; while the volume of exported fertilizer maintains a steady growth rate, domestic fertilizer business is continuously expanding and the operation has been improved.
