 Dalian West Pacific Petro-chemical Co.,Ltd.(WEPEC for short) is established in 1990 by five stockholders including Sinochem Corporation, Sinochem (Hong Kong) oil international company limited, French TOTAL group, Chinese oil and natural gas stock company and Dalian construction investing company. It is the first large joint venture petrochemical enterprise whose investment is 1.013 billion dollars in total and Sinochem Corporation is the biggest stockholder.
The annual capacity of processing oil of WEPEC has reached 10 million ton. There are twelve sets of advanced manufacture equipment and complete public engineer system as well as assistant production establishment now in WEPEC and production capacity has been formed of more than ten types and thirty brands of products including lead-free gas series of 90#、93#、95# and 97#, light diesel oil of —20#—10#、0# and +5#, military diesel oil, aviation diesel oil, naphtha, liquefied gas, poly-propylene, sulfur,fuel, high class road pitch, modified pitch and etc. its products has been sold well in civil market as well as Japan, Korea, North Korea, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia and other areas.
 The factory of WEPEC is located in Haiqing island of Dalian economic and technology developing district with beautiful scenes, which covers 2.5 square kilometers.

1, Reasonable equipment disposal and complete processing methods. All the oil crystal is refined by hydrogenation and the company is the only one refining chemical enterprise of all hydrogenation that can process oil with high content of sulfur.
