Being a joint venture co-invested by Sinochem International Oil Co. Ltd. and Sinochem International Industry Co., Sinochem （Fujian）Fuels Distribution Co., Ltd, was established in Feb. 2007 to build up oil product retail network in Fujian. The company is registered in Xiamen City, Fujian Province and sets up its office here. The total investment amounts to RMB seven hundred thirteen million three hundred and twenty thousand, the registered capital RMB two hundred and fifty million. The company plans to establish 60 self-support Gas Stations by means of construction, acquisition and lease, meanwhile, takes advantages of its location to develop 100 league stations. In the year of 2012, we will achieve a Retail Network with 160 gas stations, where at least six hundred and fifty thousand oil products will be sold every year. The main development areas of our company are the five coastal cities in Fujian Province with relatively higher economic development level and strong development potential, namely Xiamen, Fuzhou, Quanzhou, Putian and Zhangzhou. The company focuses on Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental Protection. All the company Gas Stations will carry on Sinochem Brand and VI design to offer customers with reliable high quality fuels and service.
