SINOCHEM International Industry Co. established on April, 1993, is a whole-owned subsidiary company of SINOCHEM, that deals in storage, wholesale, retail of crude oil, oil products, chemical products, liquefied natural gas, and takes charge in development of oil products and management of oil programs, construction and management of Zhoushan Company Ltd which acts as the base of national petroleum reserves.

The base of national petroleum reserves mainly scatters in Shanghai City, Zhoushan City, Nantong City, Dongshan County in Fujian. There are 2 berths established for crude (250,000 and 100,000 tons), 2 berths established for oil products (35,000 and 10,000 tons), a storage tank for crude of 1,380,000m3, a storage tank for oil products of 420,000 m3, a storage tank for liquefied natural gas of 4,000 m3 in present.

The company deals with wholesale and retail of oil products, owns 14 petroleum stations, and scatters in Beijing, Jinan, Yantai.

SINOCHEM International Industry Co.is also equipped with sound systems of management and check-up, project management, risk and safety management.

In the future, SINOCHEM International Industry Co. on the base of construction of domestic projects, will actively participate in purchase of refineries abroad and successfully conduct transition of oil trading, in order to strengthen and maintain its position as one of top 4 national petroleum companies.
