Sinochem has established warehousing and transshipment utilities for crude Petroleum and product Petroleum alongside China’s coastline and riverside. The total storage volume has surpassed 2 million cubic meters. Sinochem is equipped with professional Petroleum warehousing and transshipment service capacity as it possesses Petroleum jetties ranging from 10,000 ton class to 250,000 ton class. Sinochem’s Aoshan Base which is located in Zhoushan Archipelago has the handling power of over 26 million tons per year. Enjoying the advantage of geological location, Aoshan Base is now China’s biggest commercial Petroleum transshipment base.

Recently, the company has speeded the construction of storage and logistic establishment. Sinochem initiated the construction of new petrochemical terminal and warehousing project in Yangzhou of Jiangsu Province and Tianjing Harbor. The Yangzhou Project plans to possess a storage volume of 236 thousand cubic meters, one 40,000 tons class terminal and one 10,000 tons class terminal respectively. Tianjing Project plans to possess the storage volume of 950 thousand cubic meters, one 60,000 tons class terminal and one 10,000 tons class terminal respectively. Besides, Sinochem Geli petrochemical warehousing terminal, located in Gaolan Harbor of Zhuhai, is processing smoothly and its first term project is going to be put into operation in 2007. The construction of these projects symbolizes the completion of our strategic petrochemical warehousing and logistic layout, preliminary forms the network alongside China’s coastline and riverside, and establishes Sinochem’s leading position in domestic third-party warehousing and logistic market.
