President Liu Deshu’s Meeting with the Visitors of Permira

| On February 15th, Liu Deshu, President and CEO of Sinochem Corporation received Torsten Vogt, Principal of Permira Beteiligungsberatung GmbH. Luo Dongjiang, Chairman of Sinochem International, Feng Zhibin, Vice President, Sinochem Corporation, Stefan Sommer, Senior Advisor of Permira, and Eugene Qian, Managing Director, China, Global Investment Banking, Citi were present in the meeting.
Mr. Liu extended his welcome to the guests and briefly introduced the company’s five major businesses and the performance in 2007. Mr. Vogt expressed his appreciation for the arrangement of the meeting and was delighted to mae a presentation on the profile of Permira. Emphasizing that the company would strategically improve the operation quality and enhance the profitability, Mr. Liu discussed with Permira on the possible cooperation.
