Mr. Pan Zhengyi became Vice President of Sinochem in July 2000.

Working for Sinochem for more than 20 years, Mr. Pan was once the General Manager of Sinochem Plastic Company, Director of the First Department of Export, Director of Sinochem Japan Company, General Manager of Business Management Department of the head office and Assistant President of the company. He studies and worked in Japan for 13 years and has a fairly in-depth study of Japan's economy and finance. At present Mr. Pan is in charge of strategic planning department, information technology department, office of the safe production committee, overseas groups, overseas enterprises &institutions under the direct administration of the corporation; Working as the director of the strategic planning committee and the safe production committee; In charge of real estate and hotel business, working as the manager of real estate & hotel business center.

Mr. Pan graduated from Dalian University of Foreign Languages and later studied in Tokyo University of Foreign Studies. He received EMBA from Guanghua School of Management, Peking University.
