Mr. Li Hui became the Vice President of Sinochem in July 2001.

From August 1987 to January 2000, Mr. Li worked for China Minmetals Corporation in Kuwait, UK and Brazil. He was once the Vice General Manager of Minmetals Trade Co., Ltd., Vice President and later President of China Minmetals South America Company and Vice General Manager of Beijing Economic and Technological Investment Development Zone Company. He has rich experiences in international trade and fairly deep understanding of the operation and development of international trade and capital markets. At present Mr. Li is in charge of the oil trade and related industrial investment business of Sinochem and serves as the Director of the oil center.

Mr. Li graduated from the Foreign Trade Department of the University of International Business & Economics of China.
